Dr. Eng. Khaled Shams

Founder of IT Systems Corporation with a rich background of over 20 years in IT services, strategic consulting and program management. Specializing in ERP and digital solutions for enterprise clients, Dr. Khaled previously worked as an Enterprise Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard EMEA and held the position of Account Manager for HP and Vodafone relationships. Dr. Khaled holds a PhD in Information Technology, has authored over 10 peer-reviewed research papers and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. Known for his technical depth, business acumen and strategic leadership capabilities, Dr. Khaled excels at building valuable relationships and delivering future-proof solutions.

Maha Metwally brings over 25 years of experience as a highly accomplished Project Management Professional (PMP), combining deep industry knowledge with a passion for education and team leadership. In her current role as Delivery Manager at DIS and TDS, she leads cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring project execution aligns with strategic business goals and industry best practices.

In parallel with her leadership responsibilities, she continues to contribute to professional development as an instructor at Queens College, where I design and deliver project management curricula, including CAPM and PMP exam preparation. she also teaches advanced project management and leadership courses at Lambton College, preparing students for certifications in CAPM, PMP, and Agile frameworks.

Eng. Khaled Zeid

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Product Manager at TDS and DIS, Khaled Zeid brings a unique blend of enterprise-level technical leadership and product vision to the organization. Leveraging his deep experience from his tenure at Microsoft, he has developed strong expertise in Microsoft Search, Generative AI, and chatbot technologies.

At Microsoft, Khaled led teams in guiding partners to design and implement M365 solutions that align with strategic business objectives. His ability to translate complex business needs into innovative, scalable solutions made him a key figure in delivering high-impact results.

In his role as a Senior Solution Architect, Khaled focused on cultivating long-term customer success, building advisory relationships, and driving collaborative innovation. His leadership helped sharpen competitive advantage through shared technical knowledge and strategic sales execution. He consistently exceeded sales targets, mentored team members, and ensured project delivery that met the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
